How can you get involved?
Gather a team of friends, family members, coworkers, church members, classmates, or neighbours.

Register your team using the Team Registration Form and begin collecting pledges using the official Walk A Mile In Her Shoes Pledge Sheet.

Bring your completed registration form and pledge sheet with you on the day of the event.

Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome! Walk in heels, sneakers, boots, or whatever footwear you choose. Every step helps raise awareness and show support for survivors.

Is there a fundraising goal?
We encourage each team to raise a minimum of $400, but every dollar makes a difference.

Where does the money Go?
Funds raised support emergency shelter, crisis intervention, safety planning, counselling, children's programming, outreach and advocacy.

How long is the walk?
The walk begins at 12:00 PM. Routes vary by community and are designed to be enjoyable and accessible.
